In WSL, commands which written in multiple lines, after I exit from bash I cannot run it which it was single command written in multiline as it chunks into multiple lines in bash_history file.

I checked below flags status and setting/unsettling them didn't work.

cmdhist
lithist

Is there any other shell flag for that I need to config?

Bash veriosn is 4.3, same issue on v4.4

I found this bug reported since a long years ago, which sounds it doesn't really fixed yet?! Also note that I have also changed the HISTTIMEFORMAT suggested in comments in mentioned report as well but still same issue.

I can reproduce the problem on regular Ubuntu, so this isn't WSL-specific.
