I have istalled on my new PC the new Ubuntu 19.04, but my graphic system Intel HD graphics 610 refused to work in a normal mode (black screen after installation), so I had to put a nomodeset mode to be able to run the system. When I play videos it freezes and does not work properly. Some people advise me to install the 18.04 version, but I want my system to be completly up to date. So, do you have any suggestions?

If you connect a 4K TV to HDMI, please try to set your TV if there are options available. I install Ubuntu 19.04 to a PC with G5420 CPU and connect to 4K TV, it shows black screen after installation. Then I connect the PC to 1080p display, it works well. Driver is working well, only black screen when connect to 4K TV. I change setting on TV. It shows only "HDMI Configure 1" and "HDMI Configure 2" on TV, I think it may be HDMI 1.4 & 2.0. After I change to "HDMI Configure 2" and plug in HDMI cable, it works. I don't know if other TV has this option, this works for me.
