I have just switched to Ubuntu 18.04 from Linux Mint 17.3

My HP 3630 series printer worked perfectly using WiFi on Linux Mint.

Currently, I can print over USB but unable to print over WiFi. The printer is not responding.

  • Hi Carol, I made some edits to your question in hopes that it will garner a more positive response. What steps have you taken to troubleshoot this issue on your own so far? I would suggest trying to install the compatible linux drivers from HP's website - they may also have troubleshooting information. Were you using a different desktop environment in Mint? When you say "i get printer not responding" what/where exactly is the error that you receive and what steps do you take to reproduce the error.
