i have Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS installed in a laptop, i'm trying to configure to have wire connecting to my router, but if that's connection is not present (only if it is not present) use the wifi connection. I also need that they use the same IP address, as they are not going to be active at the same time i'll not have problem with my router. Thank you for your help.

Hmmm. Preferring wired connection is already the default behavior, no changes necessary. Setting the same IP address for the two different MAC addresses (wired and wireless) is trivial on most routers, and that setting has nothing to do with Ubuntu. Can you please edit your question to clarify exactly what is not working?
