I had Ubuntu 18.04 running just fine on a HP Touchsmart 9100. I went to move to this new Ubuntu 19.04 and it won't load past the starting services screen. Does anyone know why? Thanks.

It was 18.04 LTS and 19.04. 18 being the last level before 19.04. Thanks for the help you have shown but more then likely I am just going to go back to 18 for who knows, maybe 6 months until they figure out what is going on. I have wasted to much time and formatted this drive 3 times today already. Honestly I will give it one more try after some time passes and if it fails again I will just go buy a Red Hat version.

Fedora 30 (Red Hat) didn't show this issue for me. Besides, Ubuntu will fix the issue for sure ASAP.

@Bludzee thanks for the heads up about Fedora 30. I think I will check it out. Perhaps my touchscreen and printer will work under that. That was some of my reasons why I wanted to update, mainly hoping to get the touchscreen working. Thanks.
