I managed to install a couple of different window title widgets, but they all seem to be locked to focused. Ideally I'd like to be able to have a specific programs window title displayed whenever it is running and be able to customize the appearance.

Kernel: 4.18.0-21-generic

OS: Ubuntu 18.10
