I have installed Ubuntu 19.04 on a mid 2010 MacBook. rEFInd's boot menu shows me this options: "Boot bootvmlinuz-5.0.0.29-generic from 135 GiB ext4 volume"; "Boot macOS from Macintosh HD"; "Boot Fallback boot loader from EFI"; "Boot EFIubuntugrubx64.efi from EFI".
How can I hide "Boot Fallback boot loader from EFI" and "Boot EFIubuntugrubx64.efi from EFI"? I looked some questions on this site and some guides but i wasn't able to hide those options.

Thanks and sorry for my not perfect english, I'm italian.
