When i am trying to install mariadb-server in ubuntu 18.4 or 19 then it says

  Unable to duplicate the problem: I coincidentally installed mariadb-server (10.3.13) onto a freshly-installed Ubuntu 19.04 yesterday without any problems at all. Why are you specifying package mariadb-server-10.3?
