I know that I can right-click on a file and choose "Open With..." and I choose "Other" it gives me a window where I select the program, then click the checkbox "Remember application association..."

The app I want is in the right-click menu to begin with. Is there a shortcut like "shift+click" or "control+click" that would set the default without the additional window and clicking about? (I did try shift and control and neither got me there.)
