I recently set up Ubuntu 18.04.2 Server installed onto a RAID1 array, and all seemed well until I had a system lockup after which it seems that the superblock of my RAID1 array became corrupted. I'm pretty sure this is not an issue with my drives themselves, because I had the same problem under similar circumstances (prior to crash I was using KVM on Ubuntu Server 18.04.2 installed on RAID1) with a different pair of drives.

What can I try to fix my superblocks and repair my installation? There is no critical data there, but I'd rather not have to reinstall and reconfigure my entire system again.

This is what I boot to

Edit: If I boot in Gparted, I am able to get a "MBR magic", but that confuses me because I had set up these disks for UEFI boot (EFI partition is on a separate USB by the way)
Why MBR?
.
