please provide details on what hardware you are using. So make and model numbers for your BT driver.

To "setup / verify" Bluetooth hardware use "System Settings -> Bluetooth" - from desktop. Or if you know how to use CLI commands in "terminal" dosudo rfkill list. Post results here.
