I have given a new pc and I installed ubuntu through live usb.
However one of the internal hard drives(hdd) have only read-only access.
I have the following information for the disk that I cant write:

I have installed ubuntu on the following ssd disk:

I can see that the one drive(ssd, the one that ubuntu is installed) has ext4 file system and the other one NTFS(which I cant write). Also some small partition seem to have unknowned file system. Does that sound ok??
What do I need to make the hdd drive usable(read/write)?
mount filesystem read-only

you can edit /etc/fstab, it is the file that specify which drive must be mounter where and how. So the line concerning your hdd should include-o rw.man mountfor more info.
