I'm using Linux on Dex on my Galaxy Tab S4. It basically Ubuntu without a problem. I followed the upgrading guide and got it successfully upgraded.

There is a problem after the update, the desktop is gone as shown in the picture.

I've already done:

• reinstall gnome, unity gsettings set


• org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.background active true

When right-click on a picture and set as background wallpaper, it gets duplicated.

I take a look into gnome tweak tool. It says all icons is already on and the desktop wallpaper is already set as the file name of the picture.

Any idea to fix?
