Ubuntu 18.04 had issues with my laptop so I installed 18.10 which is almost completely compatible with my laptop's hardware. But in 18.10 I have issues of fan speed which are way lower and remains almost constant even on full workloads and CPU throttle after 15 minutes of use, cannot even play games for 5-10 minutes temperature reach 90°C due to low fan speed, and keyboard is barely touchable. In hope of fixing the issue I upgraded to 19.04 but same issue persists.
Also fan control is locked by bios so manually controlling fan speeds are impossible.
Device info: Ideapad 330 (Ryzen 5 2500u)
