I've got Ubuntu 18.04 on my laptop.
I've got the usb keyboard connected to it.
So, after ubuntu has loaded and I've entered my password on login screen the usb keyboard doesn't send any keys pressed, despite being listed in:
lsusb
But after around a minute usb keyboard starts working.
Laptop's keyboard is working all the time though.
