no noob here, but newbie to Linux KDE Neon. I have been using Linux Mint Cinnamon for the past 4 or 5 years.



I installed the Canon MG8100 Series WiFi printer. I keep getting the response: "Printer is not responding" although I can ping and traceroute it.



Does anyone have knowledge as to why KDE may be giving me a Microsoft Windows message "NOT RESPONDING" (the reason I moved from Windows Vista to Linux Mint in the first place).
