no noob here, but newbie to Linux KDE Neon. I have been using Linux Mint Cinnamon for the past 4 or 5 years.
I installed the Canon MG8100 Series WiFi printer. I keep getting the response: "Printer is not responding" although I can ping and traceroute it.
Does anyone have knowledge as to why KDE may be giving me a Microsoft Windows message "NOT RESPONDING" (the reason I moved from Windows Vista to Linux Mint in the first place).

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:
- "This is not about Ubuntu. Questions about other Linux distributions can be asked on Unix & Linux, those about Windows on Super User, those about Apple products on Ask Different and generic programming questions on Stack Overflow." – DK Bose, vidarlo, karel, Florian Diesch, Emmet
