You are not showing any Windows install at all. And Boot-Repair says grub correctly reinstalled. If you turn UEFI Secure Boot off (may say "Other" as opposed to "Windows") can you then boot Ubuntu?

Summary Report does not show all details on NVMe drives. Is your Ubuntu install in BIOS boot mode? If so you also need a bios_grub if drive is gpt. If not gpt, but MBR, you may be just able to boot if you turn on Legacy/BIOS/CSM or whatever your system calls it.
