I would be very happy to do the same with DLNA ("Digital Living Network Alliance") streaming support, where no chromecast device is available.

With mkchromecast, it is possible to stream a Youtube video to a chromecast, using next shell command (v.gr.):
mkchromecast -y https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxD_kWK8A5M --video
I would be very happy to do the same with DLNA ("Digital Living Network Alliance") streaming support, where no chromecast device is available.
